Despite the fact that tensions are high between India and Canada, there is some positive news for students: The granting of study visas for the North American country has not been halted yet. Canada Government is issuing student visa even if an applicant's score is very near to the minimum required for a visa. The aspirants still have a good chance of being granted visa in order to study in Canada. This is reflected in the success percentage for visa applications. The study visa application has remained consistently high despite fluctuations (ranging from an astounding 85% to a 95% success rate).
The hospitable immigration regulations of the country have not changed, which means that many people can follow their goals and make it to Canada. The fact that people have been able to achieve their goals despite the fact that the odds are stacked against them is evidence that the belief that dreams can come true is correct. Students are even able to obtain a study visa with a general score of six bands on the International English Language Testing System (
IELTS), including a modest score of five on one or two of the modules. Even though a score of 60 on the Pearson Test of English (
PTE) exam is considered to be the standard, candidates with scores of 57, 58, and 59 are being granted visas to enter Canada.
